Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of second respondent in Ref.No.13297/PF5/TNSTC/CBE dated 23.5.2005 and quash the same and consequently direct the first and second respondent to refund non refundable/non recovery loan of Rs.11,500/- and the interest of Rs.46,081/- totalling Rs.57,581/- recovered from the Provident Fund account of the petitioner.
