..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the activity of the petitioner in selling the branded and licenced products and services through its Distributors / agents / Agents by using the Multi Marketing system by using the Network/Referral/ Multi Level Marketing system is legal and not in contravention of the provisions of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (banning) Act 1978 and consequently forbearing the respondents from in any manner

by themselves or their subordinates or agents or men from interfering with the lawful business activities of the petitioner by either freezing of accounts or interfering in the conduct of the Seminars and promotional meetings held for the Distributors / Agents and prospective Distributors / Agents.
