Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the order passed by the 4th respondent dated 19.01.2021 bearing ref.No.2CE/EE/ GWD/NOC/CUD/2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to transport the water drawn from the approved area M/s.Hills Minerals, Thirupapuliyur Village, Manjakuppam Firka, Cuddalore Block, Cuddalore Taluk of Cuddalore District to the unit situated at No.49/3A1-A2, M.Puthur, Arisi Periyankuppam Panchayat, Cuddalore - 607004 for the purpose of purification and packaging and to issue necessary NOC/license to operate from the unit situated at No.49/ 3A1-A2, M.Puthur, Arisi Periyankuppam Panchayat, Cuddalore - 607 004 as per the applicable procedure, norms and rules.
