This application has been filed to re-open the evidence of PW-1 which was closed on 22.11.2016 at the stage when PW-1 was partly cross examined by the first defendant.

This application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking to condone the absence of PW-1 to appear for cross examination.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and also the learned counsel for the respondents/first and second defendants.

In order to ensure fair justice and full opportunity for cross examination of PW-1, this application is allowed and the evidence of PW-1 is reopened.
