Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of declaration, declaring the provisions of Section 499 and 500 Indian Penal Code in so far as it criminalizes speech or expression made in the media including in the public meetings organized by political parties against the public servants or person responsible for public administration is against the Constitution and declare the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned, as unconstitutional, null and void.
