The present civil revision petition was listed for admission 1/4

on 23.03.2018. On that date, the matter was adjourned for one week. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any step to list the matter. As such the civil revision petition is pending for more than three years without even admission or ordering notice to the respondent. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the present civil revision petition. Therefore, this court is not inclined to entertain the civil revision petition. 3.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
