Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to include the name of the petitioner in the State wide seniority list in the light of G.O.Ms.No.202, Environment and Forest Department, dated 18.12.2013 so as to enable the petitioner to get his service regularised in the time scale of pay as Plot Watcher (Supernumerary).

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that his inclusion of name in the State wide seniority list in the light of G.O.Ms.No.202, Environment and Forest Department, dated 18.12.2013 in the post of Plot Water (Supernumerary), is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. If at all, the name of the writ petitioner has already been included in the State wide seniority list, the case of the writ petitioner is to be considered along with all other eligible candidates in the order of seniority. The competent authorities are bound to follow the State wide seniority list scrupulously and without any violation. Thus, the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 4.9.2017, in this regard, is to be considered strictly in accordance with the Government Orders in force and as per the terms and conditions of service.
3. This, being the factum, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 4.9.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the abovesaid representation and other relevant documents, if any, along with the order passed in this writ petition.
