Prayer:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the proceedings of the Second Respondent in Pro. Mu. AA. No.4728/2012/U2 dated 19.02.2015 to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the Respondents to regularize the period from 10.11.2012 to 13.05.2014 as 'Duty' for all purposes with all consequential benefits and to disburse pay and allowances for the said period along with 12% interest on such payment to the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has died after the filing of the Writ Petition, and his legal heirs have not contacted him for further prosecution of the matter. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. It is made clear that the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner are not precluded from applying for revival of the Writ Petition in accordance with law. No costs.
