The petitioner was employed in State Resource Centre, Adyar, Chennai -600 020 and subsequently retired in the year 2016. Thereafter, he has given representation dated 31.03.2017 requesting to take action against the seventh respondent. 2.

A perusal of the representation dated 31.03.2017 would show that one Dr.R. Rajan, now working as Associate Professor (Department of Life Long Learning) in Alagappa University, Karaikudi had worked in the State Resource Centre, Chennai for more than twenty years and he suppressed the previous career records and the punishment imposed on him.

When the seventh respondent was already prosecuted and had undergone the punishment imposed on him, now, the petitioner cannot once again, approach this Court seeking for a direction to consider his representation. This writ petition is wholly misconceived. Therefore, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
