O R D E R

The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to participate in the gymnastics events organised by the First Respondent to select the students to represent the State in the sporting events conducted by the third respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2010 is closed.
