The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records from the respondent's impugned order O.Mu.No.47232/N1/2003, dated 22.10.2003 and quash the same and direct the respondent to decide the petitioner's appeal dated 01.04.2003, re-submitted before the respondent on 20.09.2003 on merits.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner had already paid the stamp duty, as demanded, and the documents have already been released to the writ petitioner. Thus, the grievances of the writ petitioner stands redressed. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
