This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash C.C.No.6705 of 2017 before the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that on an earlier occasion, in the same charge sheet, for a different accused, a learned Single Judge of this Court had passed an order allowing the Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.21529 of 2021, dated 11.01.2022.
