Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the Chief Engineer(Ve.Po), Chennai, the first respondent herein made in Se.Mu.order No.Thu.Pa.1/21354/2016 dated 06.01.2017 and the consequencial order of the Executive Engineer (Ve.Po), Agricultural Engineering Department, the fifth respondent herein made in reference No.A/191/17 dated 10.01.2017 and the order of the Executive Engineer(Agri.Engineering), Chennai the second respondent herein made in Letter No.A/2123/2016 dated 26.12.2016, quash the same and direct the first respondent herein to allow the petitioner herein to continue to work as Driver in the office of the Deputy Director of Agriculture, Kancheepuram with all consequential arrears of salary if any due to the petitioner on account of passing of the impugned orders and all other service and monetary benefits due to the petitioner. Based on the oral submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner to withdraw the petition, this Court has granted permission to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed as withdrawn.
