It is stated that charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry, in which, the petitioner/A2, is shown as an absconding accused.

2.Naturally, this Court cannot now grant extension of time or modify the condition.

3.Accordingly these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. The petitioner may take advantage of Rule 22, 24 of Criminal Rules of Practice and Form 74 of the Criminal Rules of Practice.
