ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representations dated 04.01.2021 and 11.01.2021 sent by the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner and direct them to release the registered sale deed which is kept in pending being No.128 of 2020 before the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the enquiry into the representation of the petitioner dated 04.01.2021, has already commenced. He also submitted that due notice is given both to the petitioner and the protester.

3. This Court recorded the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader and directs the concerned SubRegistrar to dispose of the said representation, within a period of 16 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
