O R D E R

The respondent/wife has preferred D.V.O.P.No.49/14 under Section 12 of the D.V.Act before the Magistrate Court for the alleging offences under Sections 18, 19(8), 20, 21 and 22 of the Domestic Violence Act, which was partly allowed and aggrieved the said order, the husband has preferred C.A.No.113/15 before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem and the same is also partly allowed.

2. The sum and substance of the case of the wife is that the husband was directed to pay Rs.one lakh to the respondent/husband towards the compensation and the maintenance towards the children.

3. The decision of this Court in (2021) 1 LW Crl 213 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

[Dr.P.Pathmanathan & others Vs.Tmt.V.Monica & another] is kept in mind.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the appeal has already been filed before the learned Sessions Judge and also taking note of the fact that a modification has also been effected by the appellate Court, I do not find any merits in this case.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the respective parties to agitate their claim in accordance with law before the appropriate Court for appropriate relief.
