Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent Labour Court in connection with the impugned order dated 04.09.2010 in IA.No.154 of 2009 in ID.No.27/2003 passed by the 1st respondent Labour Court and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to produce the annual reports of the company for the years 1990 to 2007 before the 1st respondent Labour Court. O R D E R

This Court passed an order on 11.01.2012, which reads as under:- "The above matter is listed today i.e., 11.01.2012, under the caption 'Default Cases', for non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, including the payment of batta.

2. The concerned counsels are directed to pay the batta and to comply with the other requirements of the Registry, on or before 25.1.2012, as a last chance, and to file proof of compliance, immediately, thereafter.

3. On non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, on or before the specified date, as directed by this Court, the M.P/W.P shall stand dismissed, automatically, in so far as the concerned respondent(s) is/are concerned, without further reference to this Court."

2. The matter is listed today i.e. On 08.11.2019. On verification, it is found that the defects notified by the Registry has not been complied with, within the time stipulated in the order dated 11.1.2012. Thus, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
