PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms. No. 185 dt. 16.12.2002 School Education Department and consequently impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka. No. 67/A1/2005 dated 17.03.2005 and 6.05.2005 and quash the same and consequential direct the respondent to award Selection / Special Grade Elementary School Headmaster scale of pay w.e.f. 1.6.88 onwards.
