ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.05 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent registered for the offences punishable under sections 417 and 420 of IPC. 2.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent / police submitted that after completing investigation in crime No.05 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent, final report was filed, which was taken cognizance by the court concerned.
