This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.313 of 2011 pending on the file of 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed stating that, the case is "Undeducted".

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that final report is filed stating "Undeducted", there is no need to pass any orders in this quash petition.
