This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from preventing the Poojari of Chellandiamman Temple, S.Vazhavanthi Village, Paramathivelur Taluk, Namakal District for cutting coconut offered by Schedule Caste Community people.

2. The petitioner has simultaneously filed a suit for the same relief and it is disposed of, hence nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
