Though the request of the petitioners was for transferring all the proceedings pending on the file of the learned XIX https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in O.S.No.13660 of 2010 to the file of this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since the suit is ripe for trial, it would suffice if directions are issued to the learned XIX Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to proceed with the trial in a time bound manner.
2.As the request made by the petitioners is for limited purpose, this Court directs the learned XIX Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of the suit on or before 30.06.2022.
The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of on the above lines. No costs.
