Respondents Appeal filed under Section 37 (1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act against the order dated 30.06.2014 passed by the Principle District Judge, Tiruvallur in Arbitration O.P.No.118 of 2010 arising out of the Arbitration Award passed by the 1st respondent on 20.08.1993 and pass an order directing the 2nd respondent to pay a sum of Rs.10,20,985/- to the appellant within a reasonable time.
