[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] After some arguments, Mr.R.Surya Prakash, learned counsel on record for petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' [hereinafter 'HCP' for the sake of convenience and clarity] but made a request to preserve all the rights and contentions of the petitioner to pursue their remedies either before any appropriate Bench in this Court or before any other Court or Fora.
