Crl.O.P.No.3622 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, The petitioners/A1 to A3 who were arrested for the offences under sections 147, 148, 302 in Crime No.02 of 2022 seek bail.

2.The F.I.R indicates that due to previous enmity, one Thilak, who is the petitioner herein/A1 along with his friends, who are accused 3 to 6 have intercepted the deceased person and brutally attacked with deadly weapons causing instant death of the deceased. The post mortem report shows that the deceased got multiple injuries all over his body. The deceased and the accused persons hail from the same village and this murder has occurred due to previous enmity. This Court finds that it is not conducive to release these petitioners on bail at this juncture. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
