Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SHANMUGA VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Additional Public Prosecutor for Puducherry, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23700 of 2021 dated 09.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
