This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 114 days in filling restoration application in SA.No.1429 of 2010.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Two thousand only) to the learned counsel for the contesting respondents, within a period of two week from today and on such payment the delay of 114 days in filling the above S.A.No.1429 of 2010 is condoned. 1\2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
