O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order of the learned District Munsif made on 02.12.2010 in I.A.No.1572/2010 in O.S.No.214/1997 .

2. On an earlier occasion i.e., on 22.09.2016, this civil revision petition was dismissed for non-prosecution, subsequently, it was restored. Even thereafter, the revision petitioner is not ready to prosecute the petition. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (05.03.2019), neither the learned counsel for the revision petitioner nor the learned counsel for the respondents is present to represent the case.

3. Since the matter pertains to the year 2011 and there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner, this Court is of the

view that there is no purpose in keeping the revision pending. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
