ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the non selection of the petitioner for the post of Physical Education Teacher published on the first respondent Board's Website results and quash the same, and consequently direct the first respondent to select the petitioner as Physical Education Teacher in the Direct Recruitment of Special Teachers through Employment Registration Seniority for the year 20072010, based on the date of Employment Registration of the petitioner viz., 16.10.1998.

2. When the matter was listed for hearing on 07.11.2024, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
