..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to change the Revenue Records and issue joint patta in favour of the petitioners in respect of land in survey No.26/5A extent of 2.28.5 Acre, survey No.84/2A, extent of 2.73 acres, survey No.85/2A extent of 1.33 acre and in S.No.22/6E1 extent of 0.44 acres situate at Puduchithram, Namakkal Taluk, by considering the petitioner' representation dated 05.11.2019. ORDER

The petitioners have approached the first respondent/Tahsildar with their representation dated 05.11.2019 for issuance of joint patta.

2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted on instructions that an enquiry is scheduled to take place at 3.00 p.m. on 09.02.2021 at the office of the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the first respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
