These petitions are filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 10 to 12 as the legal representatives of the deceased seventh respondent in the above appeals.

2.Though notice was served on the proposed respondents 10 to 12 and their names are printed in the cause list and there is no representation for the other respondents and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal Nos.1301 & 1302 of 1998 and list the matter for final hearing on 13.04.2022.
