Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to measure petitioner's land and fix the boundary in S.No.93/5C and 94/3A, to an extent of 36 cents at Thombakalanoor, Pattukonampatti, Pappireddipatti, Dharmapuri Distrct with an aid of adequate Police protection from the 4th respondent pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2025 within a time frame has fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to survey and demarcate the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application, dated 08.11.2025, with the assistance of the 4th respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had an submitted application through on-line on 08.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 4th respondents. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 5 to 7 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 5 to 7 is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the 2nd respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 5 to 7, the neighbouring land owners and any other party as they deem fit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- Page No.3 of 6
(a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 2nd respondent is directed to issue notice to the respondents 5 to 7, the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 2nd respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, with the assistance of the 4th respondent, if required, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(c) There shall be no order as to costs.
