This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 15.12.2015 and conduct fair and proper investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 15.12.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 06.06.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
