This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as the petitioner was not well and she could not contact her counsel, they were not able to file the appeal in time.

Hence, there is a delay and the same is neither willful nor wanton.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the nature of averments made in the affidavit filed along with this petition, this petition is Ordered.
