PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in respect of impugned order dated 14/02/2023 passed by the 1st respondent in E.C.No. 31 of 2016, quash the same, to direct the 1st respondent to conduct appropriate enquiry or trial by providing fullest and sufficient opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner in adjudicating the claim of the 2nd Respondent.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records in respect 1/4
of impugned order dated 14/02/2023, passed by the 1st respondent in E.C.No. 31 of 2016, quash the same, to direct the 1st respondent to conduct appropriate enquiry or trial by providing fullest and sufficient opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner in adjudicating the claim of the 2nd Respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file an appeal against the impugned order. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Permission granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file an appeal against the impugned order in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
