E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13729 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions. 2.Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is prepared to pay a reasonable amount as donation to any charitable institution to be identified by this court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks' time is granted from the date on which the order copy made ready to comply with the earlier order of this court on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) as donation either in cash or demand draft or NEFT in favour of 'St. Joseph's Social Service Centre, No.4/92-62, Magazine Road, St.Thomas Mount, Chennai-60016, Indian Overseas Bank, A/C.No. 158101000003277, IFSC Code. No. IOBA0001581. In the event of non compliance of this order, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
