Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SELVAM, Advocate for the petitioner[IN BOTH PETITIONS] and of MR.LEONARD ARUL JOSEPH SELVAM,Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent [IN BOTH PETITIONS] the court made the following order:-
These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.A.Nos.448 & 447 of 2020, dated 18.11.2020.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation, hence, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
