O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 20.04.2010 made in I.A.No.6 of 2008 in W.C.No.7 of 2000 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation (Deputy Commissioner of Labour) Coonoor.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (05.03.2019), neither the revision petitioner nor the learned counsel for the revision petitioner is present to represent the case.

3. Since the matter pertains to the year 2011 and there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner, this Court is of the view that there is no purpose in keeping the revision pending. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
