ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH,J) None appears for the petitioner.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 28.3.2017, this Court ordered notice to the respondents and also passed a conditional order directing the petitioner to deposit Rs.50 lakhs within four weeks. Subsequently, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 24.4.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the respondent bank appeared and submitted that the petition has become infructuous, as out of the 14 vehicles, seven vehicles have already been seized and taken into custody and the remaining seven vehicles are not found. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today.
3. Even today also, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
No costs.
