[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., through Video Conferencing] Heard the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent / contemnor and also perused the Compliance Report of the respondent dated 12.06.2019.

2. It is represented that the order which is the subject matter of contempt for removal of encroachment has been fully complied with. However, it is made clear that there shall not be any re-encroachment or fresh encroachment.
