Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to speed dispose of the appeal dated 14.2.2022 and also direct the third respondent in P.No.86 of 2021 dated 01.11.2021 to register the sale deed and pending before the second respondent.

ORDER
The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to speed up the disposal of the appeal dated 14.02.2022 and also direct the third respondent in P.No.86 of 2021, dated 01.11.2021, to register the sale deed, pending before the second respondent.
2. Pending document in P.No.86 of 2021 on the file of the Sub - Registrar, Avinashi has not been released and the order passed by the Sub - Registrar concerned dated 21.01.2022, refusing the registration has been appealed by the petitioner to the District Registrar (Administration) i.e, the second respondent herein on 14.02.2022 and since the said appeal has not been decided so far and has been kept pending, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition with the aforestated prayer.
3. Heard Mr.M.Murugesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader would submit that, the second respondent would decide the appeal of the petitioner dated 14.02.2022, if not already been decided, on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer herein and having taken note of the said submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: That there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the appeal of the petitioner dated 14.02.2022 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With these directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
