COMMON PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records leading to the issue of G.O.(D)No.63 Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department dated 08.02.2005, G.O(2D)No.184, 188, 195 MA & WS (ME4) Department dated 23.10.2007 and G.O.(2D)No.202 MA & WS Department dated 24.10.2007 and G.O.Ms.(2Pa)No.27 MA & WS (MCS) Department dated 05.04.2010 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to initiate appropriate Disciplinary Proceedings against the 4th respondent for his acts of commission and omission during his tenure as Assistant Executive Engineer in Salem corporation during the period 1997 - 1998, 1998 - 1999, 1999 - 2000, 2000 - 2001 and shift him out of Salem Municipal Corporation Service forthwith and pass such further other orders.
