ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.61/2011 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that in the case in Crime No.61 of 2011, investigation was completed and charge sheet is made ready and he seeks time to file the charge sheet.

3. Since the investigation was completed in Crime No.61 of 2011 and charge sheet is made ready, I am of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. The first respondent police is directed to file the charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the mean time, the petitioners need not be harassed by the first respondent. It is open to the petitioners to file appropriate application seeking remedy in the manner known to law, if they are so advised.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
