ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 27.01.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for taking action against the 3 rd respondent from using the name of the association called as Tamil Nadu Reddy Nala Sangam.

Heard Mr.B.Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.

The case of the petitioner is that the 3 rd respondent is misusing the 2/5

name of the association and creating unnecessary problems in running the association. He is also creating confusion in the minds of the members of the Association. Hence, the president of the association lodged a complaint before the 2 nd respondent to initiate action against the 3 rd respondent. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.

In the considered view of this Court, there is a dispute between the parties pertaining to running a registered society. This dispute cannot be resolved by the official respondents under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975. These are matters which can be resolved only by a competent Court, since there is a dispute in the administration of the said society. Hence, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court and work out his remedy.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
