A perusal of earlier orders passed by this Court shows that the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners reported no instructions for the revision petitioners and therefore, on 27.06.2019, the Registry was directed to issue fresh notice to the revision petitioners and list the matter on 05.07.2019. Accordingly, the Registry issued notice to the revision petitioners. However today, ie., 05.07.2019, when the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation for the revision petitioners.

2. In the facts and circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
