Respondents Prayer:- This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to submit the Conciliation failure report in respect of the dispute in Na.Ka.No.102 of 2004 dated 10.01.2005 on its file to the Government of Tamil Nadu in accordance with Section 12(4) of the Industrial Disputes Act.

When the matter is taken up for hearing it is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the Government has already referred the dispute to the concerned Labour Court at Coimbatore, vide G.O.(D)No.171, Labour and Employment (D1) Department, dated 03.03.2006.
