In view of the orders passed in W.P.No.35705 of 2023 today i.e.

13.11.2024, this Court is of the view that, the Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Coimbatore Region, Coimbatore has issued the letter dated 12.11.2024 for consideration of the petitioner's representation alone namely Dr.N.Mohana Sorubha Sundari. Hence, this Court is not inclined to implead the petitioner herein namely Dr.M.Valliathal as party in the above said Writ Petition and accordingly, this petition is dismissed.

2. It is left open to the petitioner herein to approach the 3rd respondent for consideration of her claim.
