O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection based on the complaint dated 21.01.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in respect of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 21.01.2020, an FIR was registered in Crime No.544 of 2019 as against the respondents 3 to 7 herein. After completion of investigation, FIR was closed as mistake of fact and further action was also dropped.

3. Since already the FIR registered against the respondent 3 to 7 was closed as mistake of fact and further action was also dropped in Crime No.544 of 2019, the respondent Police is directed to issue referred charge sheet to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, the Police protection cannot be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a private complaint in the manner known to law. -s/d- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar pvs To
