Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Declaration declaring the impugned resolution No.188/2002 dated 26.07.2002 of the 3rd respondent-Council as ultra vires of Section 18 of the Tamilnadu Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 1987 and violative of Section 3 of the Tamilnadu Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 1987 and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to
take proceedings to recover and reimburse the wrongful loss occasioned to the Tamilnadu Advocates' Welfare Fund Scheme from those members of the 3rd respondent-Council responsible for the loss.
