ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2016 (sic) 25.04.2016 for giving adequate police protection to the petitioner. 2 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3 It is alleged by the petitioner that he is in possession of a property and that one Murugan is threatening her possession. In this regard, the petitioner has obtained an ex parte order of permanent injunction against the said Murugan in O.S. No.202 of 2010 on the file the Additional District Munsif Court, Poonamallee, on 05.08.2010. The petitioner has given a complaint dated 25.04.2016 to the respondents-police by post. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint to the first respondent police and on such fresh complaint being lodged, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
